Will there be a limited number of shoppers allowed in the showroom at one time?
To maintain proper social distancing, we will be limiting the showroom to 50% under normal capacity or less.

Will customers be required to wear mask and gloves?
Masks are required to be worn at all times in the showroom; gloves are optional.

Will masks and gloves be available?
Customers should bring their own mask as they should have one anyway before leaving home, we can provide gloves if they desire them.

Will employees be required to wear masks?
All employees are required to wear a mask.

Will your employees be required to wash their hands multiple times throughout the day?
All employees are required to frequently wash their hands.

Will there be social distancing protocols in place?
Yes, including signage, cones, and markings along floors. All vehicles have been removed from our showroom, to make room for additional space for better social distancing with additional tables and chairs spread out.

Will there be hand sanitizer throughout the showroom?
Yes, we will be providing hand sanitizer to customers.

How often will you disinfect high-traffic touch points?
Vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected before and after each test drive, and in preparation for customer delivery. Finance desks, tablets, etc. will be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected before and after each customer, as well as all touch-points in the delivery area.

Will you be offering unaccompanied test drives?
Yes, unaccompanied test drives are available.

Will there be any plastic partitioning separating customers from your employees?
Yes, in our service drop off/pick up areas.

How will you prepare new vehicles for delivery?
We will be sanitizing inside vehicles including all touch-points before each delivery.

Will you continue to offer at-home and curbside delivery if your shoppers are still uneasy about coming in?
Yes, at-home and curbside delivery is still available.

COVID-19 Recommend Guidelines

A Message to our Customers, Team Members, and Community on COVID-19

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 public health emergency and we’re following all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local officials.

The safety and health of our entire community is our number one priority. We will continue to adhere to guidance regarding social distancing and personal and workplace hygiene.

The Bertera Dealerships are encouraging our team members and customers to adhere to the following CDC guidelines:

  • Stay home from work if you have a fever or are exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms or feel ill, and contact your health care provider
  • No handshake policy, refrain from shaking hands.
  • Regularly clean and disinfect all work surfaces and commonly touched areas (keyboards, phones, desks, door handles, light switches, faucets, etc.).
  • Deployment of hand sanitizers throughout each dealership as available.
  • Washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds each time, and hand sanitizing frequently.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Properly discard tissue after use.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are visibly sick.
  • Follow all CDC guide lines
