Due to increased business in every department, Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in West Springfield is looking to hire a few individuals to join our family owned company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a work ethic enabling them to accomplish both the company's and their own goals. College education is preferred however, not a requirement. We value individuals who are energetic, self-motivated, positive, and outgoing. Our sales standards are high, because they have to be. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Our sales department is booming and we are the highest volume Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram dealership in Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. In addition to our sales volume, 16 new and redesigned vehicles are at our store. Our referrals/repeat customers make up a large part of our sales. We currently have over 400 new and pre-owned units at our store. We have over 700 incoming sales calls per month. We have over 13,000 visits to our website monthly. We have the traffic, we have the vehicles to sell, we have the best managers, but we need your talent to help meet our expectations and goals. Our inventory, pricing strategies and your hard work will make our goals obtainable, together. You will have access to floor traffic, client lists, previous customers, service customers, internet leads, phone calls, and a current customer and friend base.

Internet Sales Associate
Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in West Springfield has an opening for a dedicated Internet Sales Associate. The candidate must be professional, well spoken, and must be able to follow our systems and processes. We are a team oriented department and we are searching for the right team member to complement our staff. No experience neccessary but automotive experience is a plus. Flexible hours and competitive compensation plus many additional benefits included. Applicants must be able to work until 8pm and working weekends are a must.
